Mamledar Misal is a cult Thane misal chain known for its intensely fiery, Kolhapuri-style misal pav. Opposite the Zilla Parishad office near Talao Pali lake in Thane's Naupada area, Mamledar Misal has built a decades-long following for a misal preparation critics rate among the spiciest in the region, served with pav, farsan and a fiery orange tarri. Food writer Kunal Vijayakar has singled it out specifically for that heat. The chain has since expanded to additional outlets, including one cited in Dadar.
